Art-wise Tony Daniel is run-of-the-mill, it's not totally gross but it's a long way from greatness, I mean look at that Wonder Woman/Deathstroke Cover, yikes. Oh well only time will tell

I don't think Tony Daniel cares about Wonder Woman very much, he cropped her out of his facebook page cover so there's that but hey maybe we're all getting ahead of ourselves. Does Wonder Woman have an editor?
yes, she has a editor. But he doesn't has the power of the batoffice or superman office.

Wonder Woman has plenty of adventures without Superman. This story just doesn't happen to be one of them. I like the tease of the solicit. Hopefully Slade turns Olympus into a graveyard with only Heph and Athena surviving.

Why does Athena get to live? She's just tool for Daddy Dearest in the New 52, after all.

I'd save Heph, Aphrodite (she did nothing damnable), and Hermes. Everyone else can burn.
Though much is taken, much abides; and though
We are not now that strength which in old days
Moved earth and heaven, that which we are, we are,
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.

Are you forgetting the 3+ years Azzarello cut Diana off from the rest of the DC Universe? There was no Superman at all during that time in Wonder Woman. The same goes for many issues of Sensation Comics, Wonder Woman '77, the Batman team-up from Batman & Robin, and the Batwoman team-up.

    I like Athena's design.

I guess Aphrodite can stick around too with Athena and Heph. The rest can be hacked apart by Deathstroke and thrown in the pit with the First Born.

Athena was one of the few characters that CHIANG DIDN't design therefore one of the bad-looking ones imo

sensation and WW 77 doesn't count, they aren't new 52 universe. so only batwoman and batman & ... team ups count. Anyway I think Olympians and deathstroke a thing she should deal alone without her boyfriend
