Donnie kicks all hell out of him, being a guy who one-shots people and sends them flying through the air with his strikes, and having nigh-on superhuman feats through the movie (especially in the opening sequence). Also better skill - I say this because Matt gets hit. Lots. Zhen doesn't. If that's the case here, we have Matt getting hit more than Zhen, and Zhen's hits are stronger. That's a bad thing for Matt.

The movies/series? Matt might make it through the movie. Not sure. He's at a disadvantage in the final fight, I suspect. Either way, it's probably a lot harder for HIM to go through Zhen's movie situation than it is for Zhen to manage to get through his series, though more people die around Zhen because he doesn't have the heightened senses to help him figure stuff out.

I'm not sure what either of them will do with prep. Bring more weapons?

Chen Zhen was sent against MCU Cap a while back. Only reason he lost was the lack of striking power to put Steve down IIRC. He should take Matt just fine.
