    Love the art
Sure there is one or two close ups of Diana that fail, but over all a really nice job.

    Meh.

Not impressed so far. Diana's face looks weird. Not interested in powerless Diana.

I'll give it a fair look, but I'm not impressed.

Though much is taken, much abides; and though
We are not now that strength which in old days
Moved earth and heaven, that which we are, we are,
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.

    Hmm...I'm interested.

I must say Diana comes across, in expression and words, rather harsh and schoolmarmish at the bottom of page 5.
“You see…the rest of them are soldiers. But [Wonder Woman] is an artist.”

I only support the made of clay origin.

How is this so different, again?

You could literally swap out Steve with Superman, Batman, Hal Jordan, Barry Allen, or Alfred Pennyworth and this scene would've played out the exact same way.

For those not following the rest of Convergence - every superhero is currently powerless in the dome(s) they're in, so this is not unique to Diana, fwiw.

Yeah, I knew that all heroes were depowered in the domes, but I thought that, given the era in which Diana is being written, she might have lost her powers prior to the dome.

Then I went and re-read the preview and saw she mentioned that her powers were gone because of the dome. So, yeah, she'll have her powers back when the dome goes away.

Yeah, it looks as though when Diana lost her powers in this era, she lost the beauty of Aphrodite as well. Her face looks overly long and her hair looks limp and scraggly in several panels. Steve Trevor looks good though. If this story really is all about powerless, costume-less Wonder Woman, I probably won't buy it. Now if the dome disappears towards the end and powerful Wonder Woman is shown, then it will most likely be an instant buy for me.

Good to see Diana and Steve together again. I'm not so interested in the rest.

OK...I was wondering like, why isn't Steve dead, if Diana is powerless. But you guys have clarified for me. This is before the Amazons leave and Diana gives up her powers (I guess).

I agree, her hair looks bad, and her nose is so big, it's a turn off.

Convergence is about the multitude of universes created by DCU over the past 75 years, including the pre-Crisis era when Steve and Diana were together (which is what I'm guessing this is)

Diana clearly lost her powers when the dome came down, so this isn't the 'mod era powerless Diana' from the 60s, or at least it doesn't seem to be. The fact that the solicit covers show her in her old uniform, I would say she'll get powers when the dome is gone just like other heroes in other books.
