Some of the best all-ages Batman stories ever are back in this new title collecting BATMAN ADVENTURES #2 and 27, BATMAN: GOTHAM ADVENTURES #2 and 4, and a short tale from ADVENTURES IN THE DC UNIVERSE #3. Guest-starring Catwoman, The Joker, Two-Face and more!
That looks like it could be a fun one!

(I do wish DC would bring back a fun, all-ages Bat-book that wasn't based on the old Batman TV show with Adam West.)

    Detective Comics #33
Red Hood and the Outlaws #33
    Batman Beyond Universe #12
Secret Origins #4 (Mainly for the Green Arrow story. I'm a sucker for Lemire and Ollie, so it's a natural.)
    Detective Comics Annual #3

    Trade-waiting:
    Grayson #1

I think I will skip it mainly because it is the Batman Adventures. However the creator team you can speak against.

I'm not sure I understand that last part of your comment. My dislike of the Batman '66 book isn't that I think the writing is bad, per se . . . I just think it does too good a job of capturing aspects of a TV show I loved as a little kid but can't stand as an adult.

I have my doubts about the direction of Grayson, but I'll probably give #1 a chance and see if it surprises me in a pleasant way

    Batman #33
The conclusion of Zero Year. It still pisses me off they've randomly charged ridiculous amounts for these comic books. $3.99 is supposed to be a 48 page price.

    Batman Eternal #13-17
Been a great series so far. Love not waiting long to get the story. Although if I was still buying a ton of comics I wouldn't like the weekly format it's too expensive lol.

    Detective Comics #33
I think the new guys are getting the right formula I want to see for DC. I'd like to see some more focus on GCPD and Alfred, but I like the focus on lower tier events. Kind of drug normal kind of crime.

    Batman & Robin #33
We knew he'd be back. Looks like Batman's going to tear through the Justice League. Would be sweet if he used his allies weaknesses against them to tear straight through them.

    Robin Rises: Omega #1
It doesn't seem like he comes back in this issue unless he's revived and ends up on Apokalypse or something?

    Batman/Superman #13
Idk what to expect. This title goes from really good to meh, back to good, so who knows.

    Secret Origins #4
Wasn't crazy about SO1 it's just really short stories.

    Batman '66 #13
Solid funny title, but I'm not overly excited about it.

Batman '66 Meets Green Hornet #2
But I am super excited about this. I love those covers, wish the inner art was the same. Need to watch some GH before this series comes out (only seen the movie).

    Batman Beyond Universe #12
Holy crap Justice Lords is a great storyline. I really can't wait for the next ones to come out.

    Detective Comics Annual #3
Just a chance to add more to the current storyline.

    Since when?

Ever since the start of the New 52, it seems like the $3.99 books were 40 pages, which normally meant eight extra pages of content of some sort. Now, unfortunately, it seems to mean you just get a thicker cover.

(Of course, you can always talk about Marvel pricing and story page counts . . . )

Huh? What does Batman 66 has to do with this. My point was simply that Paul Dini and Bruce Timm is know for being a good creative team.

They've already announced that the story continues throughout the rest of the year and concludes in Robin Rises: Alpha #1 in December.
