No - in the panel where he fights multiple badguys - top right of the panel - there is a guy in costume which is like Venom but with mask which is classic spider-man on top.

I'm surprised to see them still around myself. I had their first appearance 20 years ago and never saw them again. Even at the time they felt like throw away villains

I have an interesting question, who do you consider part of Daredevil's rogues gallery?

Kingpin started off as a Spidey villains before he became DD's arch enemy. Mr. Hyde has fought both DD and Captain America a lot. There have 4 different Mr. Fear characters, of the two still active the third one seems like a DD villain, while the fourth one seems like a Spidey villain. Mysterio was the main villain of a major Daredevil arc, but is most known as a Spider-Man villain. Purple Man started as a Daredevil villain, but is best known for messing with Jessica Jones. Also it doesn't seem like anyone wants Stilt-Man in their rogues gallery.

So based on the preview for next weeks issue they're essentially going to make Sam another Daredevil clone? Please let that not be the case and I'm just misunderstanding!!!! Having a sidekick or apparentice, as he's referred to, was bad enough!
