Even if she can't stop reading his mind. Who the hell is she to confront him about it. Does she know he was ready? Maybe he was in denial, but still some invasion of privacy BS.

Interesting Fact: Cyclops runs the X-Office.
I think the distinction needing to be made is that this is Teen Jean, not the adult one. If we are to evaluate the question the OP asked, then it'd be prudent to consider how adult Jean has interacted with the LBGT community instead of making this one decision via the panels shown.
Jean did not out him to the others! She pulled him aside and had a private conversation with him because he was once again putting on an act. She had a Private conversation with him and called him out which is what any good friend would do. You don't need telepathy to have gaydar. Most of the time when you come out your friends already suspected it. Stop trying to villainize a Jean for addressing the issue. More panels were leaked and it is clear that Bobby will come out to the others on his terms.
Might as well add this one for the full scene...
DEFINITELY an ally! Jeen was not going to sit around and see her friend Bobby pretend he's something he's not. All she wants is the best for him and for him to love himself for who he is and not what he feel he should be.
Jeen definitely learned well with her lessons with Emma! I'm sure Emma would be very proud of her bravery.
The "All New X-Men" incarnation of Jean is the personification of an enemy, and not just to Bobby...
How is she an enemy?
Yes she may not have handled it as amazing as everyone's expectations set it up for, but she is a teenage girl who was trying to help one of her friends who she's seen grown up and continue hiding who he his and lead to nothing but failed relationships. I thought it was handled pretty well if we're to believe the age and experience of the characters.
Please, chill, relax.
Is just that Jean was waaaaaaaayyyyyy too much pushy in this case, and sincerely accidentally sadistic in playing with poor bobby.
Consider that at this point after reading everything in the context i don't know if Bobby is truly gay or just thing he is because Jean said so, or he was pondering about his sexuality, like all teen do, and Jen just decided to don't know push him in a direction she thought was the right one for him, even is she has even bigger sexuality problems than him(is not that Jean Grey, in all her incarnations was such expert on the argument, there is a reason scott had to see Emma for some counseling..).
In any case, relax. Everything about the O5 is irrelevant, just enjoy the banter, both within the comic and outside on the boards.
Think about it like a comic version of "the big bang theory" or the latest season of the Simpsons.
I disagree. As a close friend to Bobby, I think it is her business, especially if she knew he was always putting up an act. If she got tired of his constant " oh there's a hot girl let me make a straight comment act" she has a right to address it. She was genuinely trying to help him. It's not like she was trying to blackmail him for personal gain.
