So I am having trouble getting the Comixology app to work on my Windows 8 PC. What would you recommend for a good place to purchase and download new or older issues, that has a large library?

Please forgive my ignorance of Windows 8, but I wasn't aware that programs from an app store would work on a PC, only for mobile devices.
You can read comics on your PC, through your Internet browser on the Comixology website.
