Non Marvel/DC owned villians

I was wondering what superheroes that are not owned by Marvel or DC has the most colorful villains?

First thing I have in mind is Spawn: Violator and other guys. Probably villains from Invincible, but don't know that title too well. Rasputin from Hellboy comics....

Ah, Judge Dredd, but that not exactly superhero stuff.

Yeah Invincible has some pretty nice villains. Other than that I really like Dreadstar's enemies even though there aren't a lot.

I would have to say Invincible they have had some good villains. Dredd has some awesome villains but not superhero stuff at all.

Great choice, on the 2000 AD note I am a big fan of Nelson Kreelman and Stix from Strontium Dog.

Oh, yeah, especially Kreelman. Couldn't imagine treating my son that way. Max Bubba probably fits, too, because of his importance to the series.

Jeez, Strontium Dog has so many interesting villains.

Lot of interesting characters all around love Wulf, Gronk, and Middenface. Not a major villain in the series but enjoyed the Hitler story.
