They still pulled that bullshit with Catwoman. And why shouldn't we have gotten Harley's Revenge as part of the core story? It was basically an epilogue that should have been in there. Simple as. And whether or not Rocksteady's behind it - which they aren't, given WB are being moneygrubbers with Mortal Kombat X - is beside the point. Story-based DLC that would easily make sense as part of the game should be in the game at launch.

well, games are now 10 times more expensive to develop than 20 years ago but the prices are same or even lower in some cases so they gotta recoup that cost somehow.

That's pretty expensive. Gotta see what's in the DLC first before making the purchase

Harley's Revenge was developed after the main game was already finished. If it was released during the game's release window then sure make it apart of the main game but it was release nine months later. Your being unreasonable with that request. That would the game would be delayed to the time the DLC was released just to add an additional two hours to the campaign. In terms of story, the main game provided you with a completed story. Harley's Revenge doesn't add anything substantial to what already happened. It's nice little filler episode that tied up loose ends with Harley.
