No complaints about this one! Beautiful artwork and great story, the quality of the book itself id top notch too. Pages feel nice and it's a solid book to hold in your hands.

Drove up to Dallas yesterday to meet some old-time CBR posters (SK716, Sally Sensational (who drove down from Arkansas to be vendors at a small comic show), and Degada (who owns Zeus Comics in Dallas)

the show didn't have a great turn out, but I did my part to help lighten some dealer's loads home.

There was a guy selling Trades, Graphic Novels, and sets for $5 each or 3 for $10.

I ended up getting a fantastic deal -- books that would have cost me well North of $450 if I had purchased separately at cover price. and since we DROVE to Dallas, I didn't have the issue of "how the hell will I get this heavy stuff home!"

    Here's what I got for $100

    Hardback:
"Giant Monster" - Steve Niles/Nat Jones
"Stephen King's: the Dark Tower: Battle of Jericho Hill" - Peter David/Robin Furth/Jae Lee
"Hearts and Minds: a GI Joe Graphic Novel" -- Max Brooks/Howard Chaykin
"True Blood: All Together Now, Vol 1" -- Alan Ball & others

    Softcover:
"Planetary Vol1: the world and other stories" -- Ellis/Cassaday
    "Planetary Vol2: the fourth man" -- Ellis/Cassaday
    "Planetary Vol3: leaving the 20th Century" -- Ellis/Cassaday
"God Complex" -- Dan Berman/Michael Avon Oeming
    "Superman: Mon-El" -- James Robinson
    "Astonishing X-Men, Vol 7: Monsterous" -- Way/Pearson
"Astonishing X-Men, Vol 8: Children of the Brood" - Christos Gage
    "Astonishing X-Men, Vol 9: Exhalted" - Greg Pak/McKone
"Uncanny X-Men - the New Age, Vol1: the end of history" - Chris Claremont/Alan Davis
"Uncanny X-Men - the New Age, Vol2: the cruelest cut" - Chris Claremont/Alan Davis
"X-Men Legacy: Salvage" - Mike Carey
"X-Men Legacy: Aftermath" - Mike Carey
"X-Men Legacy: Back to School" -- Christos Gage
"Seven Soldiers of Victory, Vol4" - Grant Morrison
"Marvel Zombies 5" - Fred Van Lente

(for some of these, I will just say, hey. . they came out to $3 each!)

    and then comic runs:
    "Omega Flight" issue 1-5 -- Oeming/Kolins
"Stephen King's: the Stand: Captain Trips" issue 1-5 -- Aguirre-Sacasa
"Stephen King's the Stand: American Nightmares" issue 1-5
    "Legion of Super-Heroes" (new 52) issue 1-5 -- Paul Levitz/Walt Simonson
"Legion Lost" (new 52) issue 1-5 -- Fabian Nicieza
    "Excalibur" 1-7 (Complete Claremont story-arc) - Claremont/Lopresti
"Warlock 5" (Arciel comics) 1-5 set
"Warlock 5" (Arciel comics) 7-13 set
"Evil Ernie: Revenge" (Chaos! comics) 1-4 (with glow cover )
"JLA: Destiny" 1-4 (perfect bound) - I'd never heard of this, but with Arcudi writing and Tom Mandrake on art? no brainer)
    and finally:
"Brightest Day: Justice League, Generation Lost" - issues 1-24

What an amazing haul for only $100
