Deluxe books are oversized. Somewhere between a TPB and an Absolute. They sometimes have extra content in the back. I see script pages in the back. Not sure if those are in the trade or not.

Thanks, I appreciate it! Sounds like not much else is included that wasn't in the TPB already, although I don't think my trade has the script pages.

What's the story on these Halo GN's? They they retell stories from the game or novels or are they separate stories that add to the canon?

I wouldn't say this was a trade I bought, more like found in a box of stuff in a spare bedroom yesterday afternoon, that being the first volume of Hitman. I had forgotten all about the wild and crazy adventures of Tommy Monaghan, and it made for darn good reading that night.

The one I got is just an anthology of random people making Halo stories, I don't know or think they are canon. I know there is a Fall of Reach series that I would assume is an adaption of the novel, I think the others are backstories on some of the characters. There's also an ODST mini by Peter David. I don't have or read any of these though, haven't decided if I want to get them or not. I think all of Marvel's Halo output other then the anthology book is collected in 3 tidy OHCs.

I picked up quite a bit recently because Barnes and Noble has been having a buy-2-get-1-free deal with Marvel and DC stuff.

    I grabbed:
    - She-Hulk Vol. 1: Law and Disorder TPB
    - Ms. Marvel Vol. 1: No Normal TPB
    - Harley Quinn Vol. 1: Hot in the City HC
    - Wonder Woman Vol. 5: Flesh HC
    - Infinite Crisis TPB
    - Final Crisis TPB

So far I've read Ms. Marvel and She-Hulk and I haven't been disappointed.
