As of this issue she's been declared dead. Considering all the speculation, its looking like maybe her mind was transferred to another body. Apparently Sapphire Styx sucked her dry. I think Betsy is inside her and thats how the girls will get the upper hand on the Fatales

it could possibly mirror the Acts of Vengeance,where Wolverine pushed Psylocke back to her senses shortly before the trip to Madripoor.Relieved to hear those bitches beat them one by one only because they had doped.
