I believe that Galactus, even when hungry should still be very powerful to the extent he can tangle/engage a small group of Celestials and come out triumphant. When he's fed, and depending on how much energy that planet has given him, he should be an equal to his siblings Eternity, Infinity, Death and Oblivion.

Galactus did take a herald for a minute there with Anti-Man, but I wonder if he even needs a herald, now that his mission is to restore life to dead planets.
