All it shows is that Miles is a spider-man, there's literally no reference to any others that might be swinging around in the new 616.

This isn't really anything that we didn't already know from the cover. Besides we know that Peter is still around and still an Avenger based on Rage of Ultron which is supposed to take place after Secret Wars.

Well it's rumored that Renew Your Vows will restore Peter and MJ's marriage in the main universe, perhaps he's no longer an active Avenger because of it.

Kind of obvious based on the cover and that as cool as I think Miles's costume is I really doubt they would give it to Peter. Consider both of them active following secret wars just Miles is an Avenger now.
