Stopped caring much about Tony a while ago.

Its definitely the A.I. Tony. It just makes too much sense for it not to be. The suit is too small for both Stark and Pepper, Rhodey isn't a founding member of the Avengers, and the A.I. Stark doesn't have any memory of what's happened in the last eight years. I'm hoping that this is A.I. Stark, because I was actually pretty worried that they would kill him off in Superior Iron Man.

In the same vane though, I really hope they don't kill off 616 Stark. I find his character to be amazing right now.

I like the idea of AI Stark. Technically it could be almost any alternate Tony who was a founding member of the Avengers. This rules out Ultimate Tony because their team was called "Ultimates."

Y'know that might be a nice callback to the new members being teenagers what with Rick being an honorary member back when he was a teen and the whole Teen Brigade that was there in the early Avengers stories.

I don't think it's Tony, just... doesn't feel like it is. But whoever it is seemed to be a founding member, which pretty much just leaves Hank Pym. Though the dialogue did not feel right for him, second pick would be Rhodey.

It's not Pym. Pym is currently spoilers:

floating in space, merged with the body of Ultron, and people believe him dead

Although you could argue that as a Robot/ Cyborg, that means that it could be even more likely that Hank could be the new Iron Man.
