He did Alien races though. Which in theory would mean Green kryptonains or tameranians shouldn't be out of his power. But of course we never saw that.

Yeah, BeastBoy is kinda like a cooler Animal Man from back in the day. I had a comic where if he saw an animal do anything on any planet, he was able to replicate the same thing. some big guinea pig thing was swimming in lava of some planet and he basically said, "hmmm, well if he can do it, socani!"
