I just want to know if it's worth the money to try and purchase the whole series. I'm a big fan of bendis's daredevil run, Powers, and spider woman and want to know if it's anything like those titles. All I know of Jessica jones is what I read of her in the avengers titles. I'm also a big power man ironfist fan and I know luke has to be in this at some point but does danny show up as well?

If you're a fan of Bendis work, I'd definately suggest giving it a shot. He's definately in his element in that book.
I'd argue it's the best thing he did at Marvel, though his Daredevil and Ultimate Spider-Man stuff make fairly compelling counter arguements.

Absolutely! I may not always love Bendis, but his Alias is top notch. It's a really fun read and if you enjoy his other stuff, you'll definitely enjoy Alias.

Pretty much the last thing he wrote that I liked. He had all the freedom of using the mu characters and none of the responsibility of keeping it within a frame work of the mu.

Yeah, whilst I'm indifferent towards him now (save Ult Spidey) the work he did on Alias was very, very good.

Yeah, its my favourite work of his I've read. I found his AVENGERS work very hit and miss, but ALIAS was consistently strong, imo.

I dislike most of Bendis, team stuff (although I think he is much improved on the X-books then he was on others like GotG or his Avengers run) but when it comes to his solo stuff, Alias, like his run on Daredevil and Ultimate Spider-Man are very good and worth the read.
Granted some spots do indeed live up to the Mature label, but it is a very good series, probably better then it had any right to be.
