Most of the people here would probably look at Ragyo, Gambino and Clay and say: "You are horrible, horrible parents and people!" Yes, including Gendo. At least he never raped Shinji or sold Shinji to be raped by someone else.

Of course, it just goes down the wire from there when people find out that he repeatedly manipulated and traumatized his own son to the point of nihilism, just so he would ultimately erase the world and reunite with his dead wife.

Sounds reasonable, as long as he's in the room with the rest of them. Though he doesn't strike me as the kind of person to particularly care one way or another.

Sounds reasonable, as long as he's in the room with the rest of them. Though he doesn't strike me as the kind of person to particularly care one way or another.

Cain has shown great remorse over how he treated Cass (well-after the fact, mind, but it's a thing for the more modern Cain that he finally realized he did wrong). He has taken Bruce to task for how he treats the youngsters close to him. He has happily snuck into Gotham to murder a mobster who took a hit out on Cass, commenting about how it's not a great idea to hire a man to kill his own daughter...

...and has shown great appreciation for a father's day present Cass gave him, after beating him bloody.

Setting aside the horrible way he was written in the might-as-well-be-non-canon Batgirl miniseries, I can totally see him going for a freebie to blow up a father who mistreats their children.

Ozai was actually a good father and husband at one point in time according to WoG and even had an island resort solely reserved for vacations with his family.
