So I'm thinking Lockheed is already locked up in the facility and maybe Magik frees him and we'll learn more about him in a sequel. But that seems like the best way to intro him as a dragon in a shaking cage and maybe he'll lead them out or something.

I actually think that's a good idea. There's a lot of potential either to use him to play up the mystery or to add some humor to lighten what looks to be a very dark mood.

I don't think Limbo will be a colorful hell dimension with fruity pebble demons like it is in the comics. I expect something more like the Black Lodge from Twin Peaks. Some kind of hard-to-define spirit world. Way more sinister.
