No, I say that like I have extremely low expectations for DPPG and NM, and it's weird seeing the Kinberg-produced leftovers adjacent to things like Endgame, Captain Marvel, Dumbo, Star Wars, and other carefully-crafted, polished film experiences.

Also, I enjoyed Captain Marvel a lot. But some of you equating box office to being good isn’t true. IMO. A movie can make no money and be a classic! A movie can gross 1 billion and be shit.

I thought Dumbo was fine (and definitely polished, even if it was lacking in certain ways) and didn't feel deep regret the next day. Already better than X-Men: Apocalypse!

People have been criticizing the lack of development for the auto-bots for years.

Anyway, people have criticized that franchise along with other billion dollars movies. Such as the 2010 Alice in Wonderland, the second Jurassic World, the Star Wars prequels, and Aquaman. Don’t see why Captain Marvel should been immune to the criticism of having an underdeveloped protagonist, which seems to be the result of editing.
