This time, John Layman takes the lead with script duties and Guillem March is drawing. It looks awesome! Looks like we are sticking around the Gang War for a bit now.

Opinions may vary in quality.
My big article on Mariko Tamaki's Hulk & She-Hulk runs, discussing the good, bad, and its creation.
My second big article on She-Hulk, discussing Jason Aaron's focus on her in Avengers #20.
Steph is gonna be in this issue, going by the tags.
Yay!

^I doubt it'll be anything major. I think all her big scenes are in the Snyder/Tynion penned scripts.
Was March always this good? Some of this looks like Tony Daniel-quality pencils.

Guillem March has always been one of DC's best kept secrets. His work is consistently stylized and fantastic.
Even if it's a minor appearance, the point is, Steph's still in it.
There's no need for you to be negative and inflate someone's balloon like this. And frankly, I don't care if it's major or not. I'm just glad Steph is in it. How about just letting someone be happy they're seeing one of their favorite characters and leave it at that?
(Also, we can't judge what her appearance will be like before the issue is released. Something else to consider.)

Let's get this back on topic, please.
More about "Eternal" and less (as in "none") about each other.
This was a pretty good issue. It had some great moments, including Steph's brief appearance. Lot's of Batman too. In fact I don't think a single bat-family member made an appearance.
So, any theories on who that is on the last page? Could potentially be a new character, but she's a lady... looks to be a thief of sorts (or maybe some spec ops type stuff) and seems to be British, or of somewhere else they use the term "bloody" a lot.
No clue!
Are you trying to say it's Catwoman, because since when does Catwoman say "What the bloody hell?" as if she's from the UK? There's also the fact that Selina has green eyes, and last page lady doesn't. Tomeu Morey's colored her enough not to miss that.
Also,
So, this is why I'm thinking it could be someone new.

That confused me too. She certainly plays the part of Catwoman, but as you said, she used british slang.
I don't know anything about Cassandra Cain (since I just started reading with New 52), but I assumed it was her because of Hong Kong.
