Trade a Bat for a Spider

This will never happen but I would love to see this. Imagine DC & Marvel made a trade one Bat-character for one Spider character to do a twelve issue maxi series done by their creative teams for opposing companies. My choice would be simple Batwoman for Spiderwoman,love to see Kate Kane interacting with the Avengers & on the streets of New York while seeing Jessica Drew working in Gotham & dealing with some supernatural threats as Kate does investigations & spy stuff.

If not Punisher then maybe Magneto, Nick Fury, Kingpin, Roderick Kingsley, Mystique, anyone. The MCU grey and black characters are too savvy and calculating to allow anyone like the Joker to survive in their city for long.

Batman and Spider-Man. I'm more interested in how they would do in each others' places than the supporting characters. Marvel on Batman, DC on Spider-Man, have the 12 issues take place over a full year, maybe add in some crossover stuff with other titles. I've always wanted to see Spidey and Supes working together, or Batman and Wolverine butt heads. And even better if it is in continuity and has impact. And don't play like Marvel and DC heroes exist in the same universe, this is obviously a crisis on two earths/multiverse type deal, with both characters trying to find a way back home while doing good in the new world they find themselves in. Plus it gives them an excuse to go see various science and magic characters. Maybe Batman seeks the help of Reed Richards or Doctor Strange to get back home? Maybe Spider-Man sees what the Green Lanterns can do to help? If they're going to play in that universe, really take advantage of it.
