Well we know from the preview of Ultimate End #1 that they do. But man I gotta agree, that cover really does hit you right in the feels just like the cover of Peter walking off with Uncle Ben back in DoSM.

Yea but when you consider that he's the one who basically brought the UU into existence, it's sad to see him reduced to just a member of the crowd while Miles is front and center again.

Well, I don't disagree, but Miles has the honor of being "born" in the UU rather than being based on an existing 616 hero like Peter was. That, and probably editorial favoritism since Marvel sees him as probably one of the best things to come out of the UU.

Could be but its still pretty sad when you think that while it could be the start of something new for these characters, it's also the end of an era that left its mark on both Marvel and fans alike.

...or he's just keeping it in line with the interior art of Ultimate End. Her hair looks shorter than in the previews, though. So that might be another artist error.

Seems to me like he wants to make a last-minute decision. Maybe he talks about staying on in the mainstream neck of the woods with his father and we get some nice heart-to-heart
