Charlie Rich's "Behind Closed Doors" and Kris Kristofferson's "Help Me Make It Through The Night" were classics back in the day, though the Sammi Smith version of "Help Me Make It Through The Night" was the one I was probably more familiar with as a kid.

I don't know how much is too much, but there are 2 on discogs for under $100. $44 and $64 I think:

the new wave tag gets liberally applied a lot, but I think The Dictators being tagged with it is the strangest I've seen.

The whole New Wave movement derived from first-wave Punk, so I'm not surprised, nor is the first time I see them grouped with the bunch. It's hard to assign a unison tone to the genre, since it was more of a statement made by record companies constantly pushing new blood to the scene, rather than allowing to some of them to leave a lasting legacy. Everybody wanted to be different, but only few managed to keep their name or song a public knowledge. (Yes, a song as in singular.) I think, what people hear now from the late 70's and early 80's clumped together as New Wave is very pop oriented, therefore The Dictators stand out like a sore thumb, but back in the days they fit the bill.

Haha, some good old songs on this one! The Chicken Dance and Bunny Hop are so funny. I love Monster Mash and Hava Nagila!

I wonder if Frankie Yankovic is any relation to Weird Al?

"According" () to wiki, they are not related, but they did collaborate.

I was laughing a lot listening to this CD, as well.
For reasons I can't explain, on the end I was thinking of... YMCA, Lambada and Macarena.

    That's what it's all about.

(Man, I got tired of having to do that bloody silly dance as a kid back in the 60s!)

All good things come to an end.
Without a comprehensive and reliable index of all the titles released within the "Risky Business" series, I can't tell you whether this CD closes the run or not, but I can say it is the one that completes my collection. If you know of any additional RB compilation not mentioned here, feel free to let me know.

That is the best list there is, but it only shows 39 titles (some of them appear twice, as CDs and Cassettes).
I have 44 different titles in total.
Few of mine aren't listed on Discogs.
