    I would've made a "top 10" list, but sadly I didn't buy any "new" music this year. Liked the idea though!

The 1st album is probably better but Monkey Business off of Slave might be their best rocker. Slave to the Grind (song) has some elements of thrash and Wasted Time is as strong of any ballad from that era.

    I got the Negative FX/Last Rights split cd. I think its out of print, but I'm so happy I was able to get it.

    Sleater-Kinney, No Cities to Love. Somewhere along the line, Carrie Brownstein became America's sweetheart. Can't tell it by the way she shreds on guitar. Brilliant album by a brilliant band. Must buy.

    I found myself a fairly priced copy of Reagan Youth's compilation cd. I love this cd!


    and also got D.Y.S. -"Brotherhood" EP cd. Great Boston hardcore.
