The Northstar thing also wasn't the only time during that run that he and Van Lente dropped hints about Herc's orientation....although it was the most blatant. But there was also a flashback scene to one of Hercules' male lovers from mythology, and Herc describing how beautiful he was, etc. I think there may have been one or two other hints along the way as well.

Well he will be in Secret Wars 2099 and another version of him was in X-Treme X-Men and in a relationship with their Wolverine.

Any time Hercules isn't in the comics I know that the comics are taking themselves too seriously. Hercules is great because he's just fun, even in the '90s bomber jacket era. The comics haven't been as fun since he's been out of them and I hope he comes back soon.

Hercules being a bi-sexual is even a matter of debate? Has anyone read Olympian mythology and seen all the incest, power, insanity and outrageous things that happened? They're gods. Who wouldn't want to lay with a god if one came wandering through your town during the ye olden days?
