So I've read the Henry Hayes series and been wondering, have any SHIELD related comics continued the whole Biotek/Andrea Hope-is-a-sleeper-Deathlok sub-plot?

I've read some of the Guggenheim/Peralta Agents of SHIELD books and currently there seems to be a subplot involving Hayes perhaps turning a sick SHIELD agent into a Deathlok but has the above mentioned parts of the Edmondson book been addressed?

no it has not

Sadly, no. I do wish we had gotten more of where Edmondson was going with his larger arc. Be nice if someone on the AoS book would ask Edmondson where he was going so that a sub-plot with Hayes on that could be addressed.

I assume you didn't mention who the sick SHIELD agent was for reasons of Spoilers, but it's safe to say she likely somehow manages to get reverted back or not fully transformed. Altered enough to save her though.

It's understandable why many people here would be disappointed by that tribute page mostly due to Deathlok not being featured but I think it's pretty fitting if you know a bit more about it.
Rich Buckler's contribution to Marvel was significant but Fantastic Four was probably his most prolific run. Medusa joined the FF during his time on the book when Sue Storm took a short break from the team and the Inhumans were featured a lot around that time.
All three of these characters from above were taken from the cover of FF 149 and if you check the trivia on the Marvel wikia page you'll see this written: “This cover was one of several pieces of Marvel artwork used for marketing purposes by Mead school products. It was reproduced on the covers of several items, including a 3-ring binder, a 2-pocket portfolio, and a spiral notebook.”
This promotion with Mead for school products may very well be his most widely seen artwork and I certainly remember it when I was in gr ade school in the 1970's.

Deathlok 1st issue hunting down man

Wish marvel comics addressed the whole Biotek/Andrea Hope-is-a-sleeper-Deathlok sub-plot.

They should've kept Remender's run on this title going through the "Last Days of Marvel" just to wrap this up. Could've been done in two issues like some other titles got and wrapped the whole run at a nice 12 issues.

As it stands this is likely to be one of those forever unresolved plot points never to be heard from again.

Not sure why ComicVine sometimes calls a mini a 'volume' and other times it doesn't. That's so odd to me, as odd as the Marvel Legacy numbering that is also inconsistent in how it accounts for the numbers. Haha!!

The creature is hunting for his past which somehow is connected to Deathlok;

Deathlok returns home to his family.

The creature grows a clone of Hansen to ask him about his past.

At Deathlok's Door
The Billy Hansen clone meets with Deathlok at his home to tell the cyborg about the previous Deathlok,

John Kelly, and how Kelly's brain mutated into Biohazard;

The Biohazard DNA takes over the Hansen clone and mutates it into a second version of Biohazard;

The new Biohazard attacks the Collins family.

Till Deathlok Do Us Part
Deathlok manages to stop the second Biohazard created from Billy Hansen's brain and contains the creature in an adamantium barrel;

At the same time, the parent Biohazard plans on killing John Kelly's wife and daughter to steal their memories;

Deathlok defeats Biohazard by cutting its brain from the creature's body and seals it in a separate adamantium barrel.

I'm reading the 1970s run of Deathlok right now and it's really good.

To me, that goes to show how much Moench and Buckler were ahead of their time.
