Bermejo no doubt needs to skip a month between arcs with his art. I would think the same for Effigy though I am surprised about it as well.

Effigy is definitely following the skip month pattern as the collected edition will be coming out in August (was in July's solicits), but I saw no solicit for Suiciders and I think it is already one issue into a new story arc.

Yeah that wouldn't surprise me if that's what they are doing with Suiciders.

Suiciders #6 in July is the close of the 1st arc so that would fit (Amazon has the first collected edition as a hardcover in January of next year though http://www.amazon.com/Suiciders-Vol-...uiciders+vol+1 ). Effigy is weirder because the first trade is #1-6 and the new story arc starts in #7 (which comes out in July), so I don't get why it's skipping August.

DC COMICS BOMBSHELLS #1 - this somehow slipped under my radar. I'll check this out!
AQUAMAN #43 - I loathe the idea of Aquaman being on the run from Atlantis but I'll be hanging on for Bunn's first arc.
BLACK CANARY #3 - Just overall excited for this series!
CYBORG #2 - Alright, already DC! I said I'd buy yer freakin' Cyborg series (despite a general lack of interest in the character) - stop making me salivate!
JUSTICE LEAGUE 3001 #3 - Giant Turtle Olsen needs his own mini.
MIDNIGHTER #3 - Fighting a guy named after movie theatres. Threat level: HIGH!
OMEGA MEN #3 - First Kyle, now Kalista. What do these guys have against people with K names??
STARFIRE #3 - "And why does it seem to get bigger every time Starfire punches it?" My first response to this would get me so banned...
SECRET SIX #5 - Honestly, I'd almost forgotten about this series. Bad timing on the Convergence-pause. They'd have been better to wait until after the dust settled.
GOTHAM BY MIDNIGHT #8 - Just loving every issue of this series so far!
GRAYSON #11 - How many agents does Spyral have anyway? Fifty-two...?

I'm already suspecting Omega Men to be "more than meets the eye".
Not only do I believe Kyle's "death" was staged, I also have a gut feeling that Kalista's abduction was arranged. By Kalista, herself.

    Still laughing at HECKBLAZER.

    Btw, where is Supergirl?

Also, is Coffin Hill getting natural ending or was it cancelled?

I'm expecting DC to now put out BRAVER AND BOLDER, featuring Heckblazer and One-Face. ;-)

I suspect the same. I'm still looking forward to it!
Though to be safe, Kamandi, Kate Spencer, and Kal-El might want to keep a low profile. ;-)

So it seems Johns taking the Batgod term literally! Seriously though DS/JL is probably my most anticipated book!

    Justice League
    Bombshells
    Batman
    Batgirl

I am VERY excited in what Johns and Fabok are doing in Justice League. Fabok has brought his game to a new level and Johns is going all-out in making this as insanely operatic as possible.

Bombshells, we'll see. It looks fun but so did Ame-Comi Girls and that ended up being a dud.

I've started and dropped Snyder's Batman numerous times but I'm interested enough in the new status quo to give that another shot.

My enthusiasm for the new Batgirl waned as that first arc went on, but I ultimately liked it enough to continue.

I like a lot of the Bombshells covers but don't buy comics just for covers (especially since I'm all digital). Aquaman, Sinestro, and Huntress are my favorites there.
    Image Comics (TPB):
Saga, Southern Bastards, Injection, Descender, Deadly Class, Chew, Black Magick

    DC Rebirth (Digital):
The Flash, Batman, Green Lanterns, Aquaman

I like how the Deathstroke ongoing comic seems to be taking place before the new status quo before Convergence.
I might pick up Deathstroke #9 for the Bombshell Ravager variant cover and for the more classic suited Superman facing against Deathstroke.

I'm also interested in buying Justice League: Gods and Monsters #1 to see the return of Bruce Timm in a Justice League comic.
I really like how DC's Digital First comic issues are 3.99 with 40 pages, and not 4.99.
Top 10 Favorite Comics as of September 2019
    Image: Unnatural, Isola, Monstress
    Marvel: Magnificent Ms. Marvel
    IDW: Samurai Jack: Lost Worlds
Other: Chuck Mullin's Bird Brain, Huda F's "Yes, I'm Hot in This," Nathan W. Pyle's Strange Planet, Dirk Manning & K. Lynn Smith's Hope, Samurai Grandpa
