Well, this was pretty cool. I was expecting to be underwhelmed, but enjoyed it. Still leaning against picking it up, though.

My best friend is involved in the gay club scene of metro Detroit and he says Superman's buzz cut and 5 o'clock shadow are a definite move of defiance against Lois and his long assumed sexual preference. Gay George Michael superman versus Commish Gordon FTW! (I REEEEALLY SHOULDNT have to Say this, but i mean no hate by this post!).

I'm on board with this. As long as the story is good then I don't care how he looks or that his powers are gone. In another year or so he'll be back flying around in his cape.

Man, it's so depressing to see Superman reduced to a cocky a$$#0!@ like this. Gordon's got an excuse for acting like he did, but this is just pathetic for Kal-El.
(No wonder I haven't followed his stories for the past two-or-three years.)
