Jade was a member of Justice Society INFINITY, when PG was searching for her roots, finally found "Earth 2", but learned there already WAS a PG on that Earth...making her a relic from pre-COIE. JSInfinity had looped in all the Infinitors as JSA members or some such.

Now whether you count the JSI roster as valid for the JSA is a different story entirely.

If we're talking the JSA and not going into alternate Earth/alternate timeline versions, then I don't count it. That was why I specifically worded that answer as

Here's a new top 5 from me with very restrictive rules so I could come up with a list so short. Would love it if there were a thread for perfect 10-12 member roster like there is for Justice League.

The rules I imposed on myself: I included ONLY Golden Age characters but eliminated any character that was successfully reimagined with a new ID during the Silver Age. That meant eliminating Flash, GL, Hawkman, Atom, Black Canary, which is a total foul. Still, the only way I could get it down to 5. And even with those rules I had to leave off some real favorites in Wildcat, Mr. Terrific, and Johnny Thunder. Not to mention the Spectre whom I liked a lot better with Golden Age JSA than I have in more modern incarnations.

The characters I wound up choosing also inspired legacies but not during the era that introduced Barry Allen, Hal Jordan, Katar Hol, Ray Palmer, etc. Basically I left off the characters that had JLA analogs.

Here's my top 5 list after I put all those rules on myself...

    Dr. Mid-Nite (Charles McNider)
    Hourman (Rex Taylor)
    Sandman (Wesley Dodds)
    Starman (Ted Knight)
    Dr. Fate (Kent Nelson)

    Captain Marvel/Shazam (Billy Batson)
    Stargirl (Courtney Whitmore)
    Doctor Midnite (Pieter Cross)
    Wildcat (Ted Grant)
    Mr.Terrific(Micheal Holt)

My list would change from time to time, depending on my mood, but at the moment I'll go with:
(Golden Age) Black Canary (Dinah Drake Lance)
    Dr. Mid-Nite (Charles McNider)
    Flash (Jay Garrick)
    Sandman (Wesley Dodds)
    Wildcat (Ted Grant)

Though if we had a few more options, I'd probably add in Huntress (Helena Wayne), Green Lantern (Alan Scott), Hawkman (Carter Hall), Hourman (Rex Tyler), . . .

    1 & 2 Jay & Alan
    3 Power Girl
    4 Stargirl
    5 Wildcat

If they can stick the landing with Wonder Woman, she'd be in there as well, but it's too early to tell if they can make that work yet.
