My favourites have been;
Batman #1-current
Justice League #1-current
Green Lantern #1-20 (although you'll want all the pre-52 stuff as well for it to make sense)
Red Lanterns #21-34
Green Arrow #17-34
Swamp Thing #1-40
Aquaman #1-25
Green Lantern: New Guardians #21-40
Multiversity
Batman Eternal #1-52
Justice League of America #1-7
Forever Evil
Batman Incorporated #1-13 (although again, you'll want to read the pre-52 stuff that lead up to it)
Just New 52?
Anyways, here's what I'd recommend:
Batman
Batman & Robin
Detective Comics (Manapul)
Batgirl (Fletcher)
Grayson
Batwoman vol 1-4 (though you'll want to start with Elegy, pre 52)
Gotham Academy
Gotham by Midnight
Batman/Superman vol 1
Superman (Johns)
Action Comics (Pak)
Superman Unchained
Superman/Wonder Woman (Soule)
Wonder Woman (Azzarello)
Flash (Manapul)
With the Green Lantern stuff you'll want to start at the beginning of Johns' run, pre 52
Aquaman
Green Arrow (Lemire)
Forever Evil
Forever Evil: Rogues Rebellion
Justice League
Justice League Dark vol 1-3
Swamp Thing
Animal Man
Suicide Squad vol 1

Thanks for the suggestions, everyone! I checked out the new titles coming out starting next month and added Constantine: the Hellblazer, Justice League of America, and Red Hood / Arsenal. Dark Universe isn't on there yet...
JLD is a book that I really wanted to succeed, but it was a very mixed bag IMO.
The first issues by Peter Milligan were quite good IMO, it was a very Vertigo style book at first. Then Jeff Lemire took over and gave it a more superheroic mixed with magic tone, and it kept on being enjoyable for a while until it got mixed up in the big Trinity War crossover followed by Forever Evil which brought on yet a new writer.
Once the book caught crossoveritis it was damn near impossible to follow due to being intricately connected to too many books for a long time; and when the dust settled it didnt return to its previous level of quality IMO.
