Wonder Woman
Hawkwoman. Hawkworld and the old Justice League cartoons really made me love Shayera. Thrilled to be getting Kendra in Legends of Tomorrow, but Shay's my girl!
Black Canary. Dinah is awesome, plain and simple.
Starfire. People who dont get her just think she's some idiot bimbo or a skank, but she's a powerful, passionate, honorable person who is comfortable with her body and desires, and I love the sense of freedom and internal honesty she captures. When well written, the culture clash between her and the much more uptight Americans she typically interacts with are both poignant and funny.
Mera. Gotta love a crazy redhead!
Zatanna. Mainly when she's written as a highly flawed person. I love the idea of her being a "spellaholic" and being a little obsessed with finding a man. These are personality flaws that make her stand out and provide plenty of opportunities for her to rise above her own failings. She's got a lot of nuance to her, and while there's a lot of room for error, when she's handled right she's an absolute joy.
Honorary mentions go out to Wonder Woman (who has needed stability and a sex drive since Marston left), Vixen (who I never really liked but am starting to thanks to the CWSeed show), and Maxine Baker; AKA Animal Girl, who was a pure highlight in Lemire's Animal Man series, and Barbara Gordon (who was amazing as Oracle but is nowhere near as interesting or powerful as Batgirl).
"We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another, as if we were one single tribe."
~ Black Panther.
Shayera Thal (Hawkworld)
Kendra Saunders (Pre-infinite Crisis)
Raven (by Wolfman)
