I for one think hes really the only future that Banner/Hulk has and I think its very interesting that one of the founding members of the Avengers becomes one of the deadliest foes for the next Avengers/Young Avengers.

Aside from the original Future Imperfect, are there any other must read Maestro comics? I'm trying to do a bit of back reading before this new run starts?

Sadly, there isn't much involving the Maestro, which is a shame cause he's easily got the potential to be one of the most powerful and intelligent villains alongside the likes of Dr. Doom & Thanos.

Maestro has only made a few appearances.

    I highly recommend PAD's Captain Marvel #29-30, Spider-Man 2099 #9-10, and Incredible Hulk #460-461.

There's an Exiles issue as well. And that's just about it.

Comic Book Resources & Newsarama Articles featuring information on the Maestro

"I wrote this two-parter and thought that was that, but now the Maestro is back and he bends his knee to Doctor Doom -- which doesn't go over well with him. This series focuses on his plan to overthrow Doom and become the overlord of Battleworld." David teased that Ruby Summers and other futuristic characters from his Marvel bibliography will appear in the series. Kubert teased that the Maestro will have a big part to play when the "Secret Wars" event ends.
