Edit: Both Selene and Blade have just hydrated on blood for the fight so they are both at full strength.

Is Blade fully hydrated? Because I remember in the first movie, he was strong enough to dust vamps barehanded after drinking blood

While Blade is a drastically better shot than Selene, I think she's fast enough for a blitz.

But Selene has strength and durability, lots of it. She shrugs off point blank shotgun blasts before becoming a super vamp. Afterwards being shot in the head doesn't seem like much of a problem, even with Selene not having fed in 12 years.

Selene should take it 9/10

I tend to agree, Selene appears to be stronger, particularly after taking Corvinus' blood....

I think Blade's superior skill and better weapons win this, but Selene's speed makes it very close.

A good deal of Blade's equipment is based on silver hurting the vampires of his world. Underworld vampires are not affected by silver. There is no reason to think EDTA would affect her either. So he is pretty limited in what he can use against her in terms of his equipment.
