Mouse man has also returned to New 52 as a mouse called Mauschen, the writer didn't mention it in the book and only later confirmed it on twitter, so it went unnoticed (plus it was a really small part, plus it was only Mouse man lol)

No, I think she just froze him, she gets her power by sapping people of their heat or something, that's why she was so weak, she was with Steve Trevor and he wasn't having her freeze people.

Angle Man appeared in SM/WW. Even if he hasn't fought WW (yet), he's still a member of her rogues gallery.

And Medusa was in the Batwoman crossover.

I thought Finch confirmed it was the Termite Queen in an interview. Non-canonical since it's not stated in the book, perhaps, but I think that was the intention. I'll look for the interview and post it if I can find it.
