Scared? Most of them don't even try. Anyway things were looking good when we had Milligan/Claremont on the flagships. After that Carey did a good job. Brubaker was boring me but it felt like he was enjoying it. Fraction's entire run felt like he was just doing it for the pay.

Fraction's run feels like classic Alan Moore compared to some of the writers taking stabs at the lesser x-titles that have come (and gone) of late.

Agreed - if anything it's shown why we need to return to the glorious days pre-Bendis and Aaron...

I have to scratch my head what those "glorious days" were, aside from Gillen's pretty good run. Whedon was also pretty good, the rest since Claremont first left were "okay" to "atrocious". Bendis run ultimately was pretty inconsequential, but it still had solid character work (even if some dislike the direction he took certain characters in, like Laura and Emma).

There were very good runs on some of the satellite books (I still am sour that Quesada pushed out Bob Weinberg from Cable when he became EIC), but the main books have not really fared well during the last two and a half decades.

Rachel was against the O5 being brought to the future abd forcing them back into the past. Since she isn't in any ongoing during Secret Wars I would think that nothing would get in the way of Rachel hammering it in on Beast. She was also the most vocal JGS that didn't buy into Beast and the such being out to get her father.

Hate? No, no, no. I'm calling it like it is. Prof K keeps changing her mind and set of morals whenever someone hurts her feelings or makes her feel better about herself. It's always been her M.O., but it's gotten even more ridiculous than usual, lately.

It sucks beyond belief that there's a chance she might be a Cyclops advocate/Beast critic in UXM #600. Here's hoping BendisClops does the right and politely/fluffily distances himself from whatever the hell Kitty will be wailing about
