I hope this 'trial' is actually a forum for everyone's crimes to be brought up, from Kitty abandoning students constantly for her Peter fetish to Storm neglecting her headmistress role to Beast's obvious insanity and space/time crimes, and, of course, Cyclops killing Xavier while under the influence of the Phoenix. These are all black marks that the X-Men need to move on from and reunite and act competent again.
Magik right now is the epitome of X-competence. And she was raised in HELL!

I agree, I hope there's more to this trial than Beast getting what's coming to him. I also hope for Cyclops to have a long overdue talk with his former peers and tries to mend some bridges.

It takes a lot to derail mine. To make me start disliking Bendis's Uncanny it took the Eternal, I mean Last Will and Testament of Charles Xavier arc (complete with the 'none of this happened! trollolol!' ending). Actually, it was the ending that did it.
