Her entire training style is based on the idea that immortals should evoke love(/terror) and beauty. She'd probably compliment D on understanding the guiding principles she lives by so well, much to his confusion.

And in all fairness to modern Eva, Dana has only been shown to be able to neutrlaize her glamour at will. She never faced an actually serious modern Eva, though the reverse is also true.
