I'm looking forward to this. The preview was pretty funny and this looks like a fun book. Bizzaro and Jimmy, I'm sold.

I've never really been a fan of either Bizarro or Jimmy, but this looks like a very fun comic! I'll be picking up the trade for it. I hope it does well enough to get it's second six-issue story arc. I like how Clark Kent will be prominently featured over his superhero identity, and it will have classic versions of DC characters like Batman and Superman.

The three reasons why I am going to read this series:

    1) "It is set in the DCU, but it's the "Bizarro" version of the DCU. [Laughs] Our Superman is not beardy Superman. Our Batman is not the Bat robot with Commissioner Gordon at the helm. We're doing classic versions of the characters, which I don't think will confuse anyone because, as my editor said, "It's 'Bizarro.' People will just shrug." It makes it a lot easier because I'm not tied to continuity so we get to do whatever we want. [Laughs]"

    2) It looks like it's going to be hilarious!

    3) And the art looks great, too.

There is an off-hand chance I am the only person alive who remembers the A. Bizzarro mini-series of long ago, but if not, I hope the second arc planned takes our intrepid duo to South America. And if not, Mr. Corson, please start planning Act Three!

Bizarro 1 was a blast. A bit cheesy in places, but that added to the overall goofy feel of the comic. I don't think DC's had a book like this since Kyle Baker's Plastic Man or Parker/Fowler's Mysterian the Unknown. Definitely onboard for this series.

I loved A Bizarro. Major Steve Gerber fan here. I'd love to see those characters return.

I finally got the time to sit down and read this all the way through. Man was it fun! My wife asked me what I was laughing at as I sat on the couch reading it. Can't wait for more.

Yeah, it was pretty funny. I found everything related to King Thut especially absurd, hence hilarious.
Only one question remains: when do we get a Jimmy Olsen comic in this style?

It would be amazing if we got a Jimmy Olsen comic in this style. Just take my money already.

Yeah, it would fit the character and is reputation as a weirdness magnet.
