Thinking of jumping back in to Marvel after the Secret War. My question is will all titles restart at #1? Will they continue with current #? Or will some continue and others restart? I get that DC is doing a little of both but was not sure how Marvel was going to handle their reboot.

All titles are restarting (except probably Hawkeye) with the new Secret Wars status quo. Probably fresh creative teams. July 1st, unless it leaks beforehand, will be your first look at these new titles.

Thanks! I plan on getting back to Marvel once the War is over. Haven't read Marvel in years and it looks like this is not a great jumping on point.
