If Peter had to pick one of these beautiful mutant red heads, who would he pick and why?
I'd say Rachel but, Jean shows more compassion. Sound off!!

If you absolutely gotta pick between them, I guess...Rachel?
Think he choose Jean early on,1972-kissstealin.jpg
Erm, Rachel I guess?
DEFINITELY Rachel!!! She's always been in my top 5 list of who Spidey should go out with. I think they would both be good for each other, with him helping her laugh and appreciate life, and she would help him be more authoritative and tactical.
I do like Jean, but she has always been more like an older sister to Spiderman.
Rachel. She's got attitude.
Jean ... Jean's just kinda whitebread. Terrifying, fiery whitebread at times, but whitebread nonetheless. And Teen Jean's even more frightening.

Can we put all these stupid shipping threads under one big STICKY so they would be easier to ignore?
You were Spider-Man then. You and Peter had agreed on it. But he came back right when you started feeling comfortable.
You know what it means when he comes back.
"You're not the better one, Peter. You're just older."

Like a friend who loves Supernatural told me once: "The discussions fans have about character's love lives, whether casual or obsessive, are lifeblood for their long-term continuance, value, survival and renewal as intellectual properties or as part of culture in general".
Or something along those lines.
That said, I understand your annoyance. But in the view of the aforementioned, it is the lesser evil or so I think.
P.S. Rachel Grey.

I always thought that the 05 were older than Peter. But Iceman doesn't seem older than him (though that might be because of his immaturity)
X-Men debuted in 1963 and I believe Scott was said to be 16. So, same age as Peter or a year older.
But it definitely feels like Scott is supposed to be in his mid to late 30s. (Someone recently referred to him as being around 40 . . . but it may have been a young character just meaning he was "old").
And didn't Scott and Jean disappear in time with Nathan for like 7 years?
So . . . summing up . . . who the hell knows.
Jesus, I saw this thread and thought I had accidentally gone into the X-board. Gave me a heart attack.
