Batman Arkham Knight Pre-Order content

I'm planning on getting Batman Arkham Knight on my PS4. If I don't pre-order the game, will the pre order bonus content still be available as DLC once the game is released?

and also, what if I want to torrent the game on my PC, is it possible to get all the Pre-order bonus content and DLC?

Unlikely. Some things (ex. Red Hood missions) are console exclusive. Unless the files are still hidden somewhere on the PC version (which isn't unheard of) don't count on getting it any time soon.
