2. The Suit Case Armor
3. The Mark 47
4. The Mark 3 (With the first Arc Reactor )

The fights take place where they did in the various Iron Man Movies

Are you saying Captain America fights Iron Man in each of those armors, or that Cap replaces Iron Man at the point in each movie where he had the fight in those armors? Either way, Cap dies in scenarios 2-4.

If by Mark 47 he means the suit from IM3, then he might stand a good chance of one-shotting it with his shield. It was pretty buggy, after all.

Would the suit case suit have that clean of a win? It seemed to struggle against a barely armored Whiplash, lacked flight, and otherwise didn't have that many feats under its belt.
