    No, no, no, the first one was long long before that, with the Squadron Supreme (in Avengers)/Justifiers of Angor (in JLA) way back in '71. Invaders/Freedom Force was Roy duplicating his first trick.

    Do unpublished covers count? Cos this prime example of Bat-Dickery would have been the cover to Batman Inc #9 (Vol.1) until the book was cancelled/rebooted with the advent of the New 52.
