Here's a list for that, though I'm relying on wikipedia for some things (like Angel being retconned with the All-Winners Squad) . . . it's not long, but any omissions / changes / other suggestions?

    Invaders / All-Winners Squad / Liberty Legion :

    Angel (Thomas Halloway)
    Blazing Skull (Mark Todd)
    Blonde Phantom (Louise Grant Mason)
    Blue Diamond (Elton T. Morrow)
Bucky I / Winter Soldier (James Buchanan Barnes)
    Bucky II (Fred Davis)
    Captain America I (Steve Rogers)
Captain America II (William Naslund; had previously been Spirit of ’76)
    Fin (Peter Noble)
    Human Torch (Jim Hammond)
    Jack Frost
    Miss America (Madeline Joyce Frank)
    Nia Noble
Patriot / Captain America III (Jeffrey Solomon "Jeff" Mace)
    Red Raven
    Silver Scorpion (Elizabeth Barstow)
    Spitfire (Lady Jacqueline Falsworth Crichton)
    Sub-Mariner (Namor)
    Tara
    Thin Man (Bruce Dickson)
    Toro (Thomas Raymond)
U.S. Agent (John Walker; had also been Captain America)
    Union Jack I (Montgomery Falsworth)
Union Jack II (Brian Falsworth; had also been The Destroyer)
    Union Jack III (Joseph Chapman)
    Vision (Aarkus)
    Whizzer (Robert Frank)

And if we add in The Crusaders,
    Captain Wings
Dyna-Mite (Roger Aubrey; later became The Destroyer after Brian Falsworth)
    Ghost Girl
    Thunder Fist
    Tommy Lightning
(Spirit of '76 already listed under Captain America II)

    and even the Kid Commandos
    Golden Girl (Gwenny Lou Sabuki)
    Human Top (David "Davey" Mitchell)
