When I puruse crossover fanfic people seem to be inclined to pair up Spidey with Kara's Supergirl for some reason. I could believe the Spidey and Batgirl pairing too though. For non powered characters I would debate what Lois would think of him. With villains and again with fan fiction I have seen a lot of fics pairing up Spidey with Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy or both. There's also the logical swap of putting Spidey with Catwoman and Batman with Black Cat of course.

I don't think Catwoman and Lois would be interested. Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn would probably toy with him. Kara... I don't know. See more of a brother/sister vibe to them. Barbara Gordon I could see as being the DC equivalent of Spider-Gwen, so yeah. I'd think Peter and Stephanie Brown could work too.
But really, the closest DC has to Mary Jane is Donna Troy, so she's probably the best fit.
