Today is 6.16. Shouldn't today be Marvel Universe Day?

A MARVELOUS day since to me in the 616 Marvel Universe, nowadays, there are mostly zeroes. Hardly ANY heroes.

Makes me glad that marvel comics launched the Epic Collection line since September 2013, since in those collections it is clearly depicted in the stories who are the superheroes and who are the supervillains.

You know, many hate the fact that the X-Men are getting the short end of the stick but honestly, as much as I love them, I'm happy that some B/C listers are getting the spotlight now. We've got a Squadron Supreme title. Scarlet Witch, Black Knight and Vision solos. The Black Panther is getting a movie alongside Captain/Ms. Marvel. I much rather the current "Marvel Plan" as opossed to "{Just add a random Adjective} X-Men"...

But would Marvel suddenly revert back to "plan A" (or maybe that should be plan X) if they got the movies rights to the X-Men back from Fox?

It's not likely that that'll ever happen, and even if it does, it'll happen so late that by that time, Marvel'll already have made even Man-Thing a super-star. Who knows? But for now, I'm enjoying the ride...
