Well I am still going by my it is all a dream scenario, if it turns out to be all happening I don't think Cates can be too angry if someone ignores something since DotI the only way it is working is by ignoring past continuity as well.

Charles Soule doesn't seem to pay to much else going on (probably because he's very busy). But it's easier to assume it happens earlier. I'll also point out Avengers mentioned Black Bolt. It also likely takes place before Life of Captain Marvel for everything to make sense.

That he is prominent here should be a sign that he will return after DotI.

I saw a Marvel tweet a couple of days ago where they voted the best dog in Marvel and LJ had over 300 votes and second place had just over 50 and Forey (Reader's dog) came fourth with just over 30 votes.
