Yea, can't wait for Waid to be done. Volume 3 was incredible and Vol 4 got off to a good start but it's just been a train wreck for a while now. That 3-piece suit is a slap in the face to DD fans. =P

Can't wait to see what's next! The countdown is on! Just 3 issues left!

I enjoyed the Waid run but yeah, for the last while it seems like he's phoning it in. That suit is just silly. Plus I'm ready for a new artist.

I wonder if Secret Wars will reset DD's continuity so Matt's secret identity will be intact. I'm not reading SW so can anyone hazard a guess?

The way I understand it.. Doom recreated all of these realities... he could have made it so that nobody remembers DD's identity. Why he would do that... who knows lol. But it's a possibility.

Interesting, thanks. I imagine a bit of a reset will happen to DD after the Waid run - back in Hell's Kitchen, secret identity and so forth. Hard to say though, but most of all, I want Matt to ditch that dumb red suit.

1. What is the translation of the symbol on the 'fake' DD's costume?
2. It was an admirable attempt to incorporate Netflix Kingpin's love for art into the 616 BUT that sequence was too ambiguous. Has Fisk gone that crazy to have those Death of DD paintings or was it surreal imagination only for the reader to see he is thinking (superimposed on real works) in the gallery room?
3. On a scale of 1 to 10, how forced plot device for Matt to (yet again) form a team-up with his arch enemy and as forced character shift that he sincerely felt comfortable with it?
4. Can we assume that Julia has lost her Madame Web powers/persona after the Web of Life was destroyed - and unfootnoted?

The series is still enjoyable but this issue was just okay.
