In what issue of Spider-Man, Iron Man, Avengers, or whatever, did Tony Stark learn that Peter Parker is Spider-Man?

First, I think Tony Stark does know who he is. He was one of three, with Dr. Strange and Reed Richards, trying to figure out a way for the world to forget Spidey's alter-ego.

Except they don't remember what they did.

Reed Richards didn't find out again until about an year and a half into BND.

Correct. As for Captain America i dont think it was revealed when he found out post OMD. my guess is Pete did it off panel trusting Cap. Or cause Cap was "dead" when the spell was cast he wasnt affected when he came back

I think he might suspect because of Invincible Iron Man #500 but it has been confirmed but it would explain all the crap no acutally it wouldn't

It was revealed that Mysterio knew Peter's secret identity during the events of Spider-Man, since we found out the Mysterio in the Ultimate Universe was actually the Mysterio of the 616 using a robotic avatar. Presumably he learned it after the rest of the Ultimate Universe learned of Peter's ID, around the time of his death.

As Robert wrote mysrerio of the UU was actually 616-mysterio. In the spider-men mini 616 PP was traped in the UU, by a divice made by mysterio.

Mysterio was imprisoned in the UU possibly on the loose due to the break down of UU-shield.

Possible people who might know?? - Rachel Summers in her universe I read somewhere I think that Spider-man's identity is well known .. I cant recall which comic I read that from.. does anyone recall??

Also what about Psylocke, wasn't her quantum string altered by her brother so continuum changes wont affect her .. so BND should have no affect with her..

in Amazing #1 (relaunch) there is a little mini strip which shows a group shot of everyone who knows who he is. we don't know is Rachel or Betsy know. if they do it hasn't been revealed
